POLicies & procedures

ARRIVAL

  • First Time? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to ensure a smooth check-in and get acquainted with our studio.

  • For All Clients: If you have not arrived at the studio by your scheduled class time, there is a possibility that you may not be able to join the class. Once the session begins, instructors focus on delivering a seamless experience for those who arrived on time. Additionally, if someone on the waitlist is present at the studio and you are not there by class start time, we reserve the right to offer your spot to the next person in line.

  • Thank you for your understanding. If you anticipate being late, please call the studio in advance so we can assess the situation and, if feasible, make arrangements for you to join the class. Your punctuality helps us maintain an organized and enjoyable experience for everyone.

LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

For Group Classes, Open Gym, Infrared Sauna, and Compression Therapy:

  • If you LATE CANCEL (cancel within 24 hours of the class start time), the following penalties will apply:

    • Membership Holders: A $15 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be forfeited.

    • Credit Pass Holders: A $15 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

  • If you NO-SHOW, the following penalties will apply:

    • Membership Holders: A $25 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be forfeited.

    • Credit Pass Holders: A $25 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

For Private 1:1 Personal Training, Initial Body Scan Consultations, and Progress Scans:

  • If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show for a session, you will forfeit the full value of your session.

EXPIRATION DATES

  • Each credit purchased has a designated expiration date, which cannot be extended under any circumstances due to limitations in our class management software. Expiration periods are as follows:

    Group Classes, Infrared Sauna Sessions, Compression Therapy Sessions, Open Gym Sessions:

    • 1 Credit: 4-week expiration

    • 4 Credits: 8-week expiration

    • 8 Credits: 12-week expiration

  • Private 1:1 Personal Training, Initial 3D Body Scan Consultations, and Progress Scans:

    • 1 year from the purchase date

MEMBERSHIP FREEZING

  • At this time, we do not offer freezes on any membership packages for any reason. Thank you for understanding.

WAITLIST

  • Don’t fear the waitlist! Our classes fill up quickly, so we encourage you to join the waitlist.

  • If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will receive an email and/or text notification up to 1 hour before the class starts. Please ensure you have notifications enabled in your Elite Nation Wellness App to receive these updates.

  • If you are on the waitlist but know you won’t be able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow others the opportunity to join.

  • All late cancellation and no-show policies apply to those on the waitlist. If you are added to a class from the waitlist within 24 hours of the start time and cancel or no-show, the same penalties will apply as outlined above under our late cancellation and no-show policy.

REFUNDS

  • At Elite Nation Wellness all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

STUDIO CLEANING

  • At Elite Nation Wellness, cleanliness is a top priority. In addition to having a professional cleaning team that ensures a deep clean of our spaces, our team diligently cleans and disinfects equipment and high-touch areas throughout the day. We provide hand sanitizer stations and encourage proactive handwashing to create a space that feels fresh, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Our boutique studio spaces are intentionally designed to create a personalized and intimate experience. Every class, session, and client interaction requires careful planning and preparation. These policies allow us to optimize our resources, respect the time of our instructors and clients, and maintain the quality of service our community values.
