Elite Nation is all about community!

One of my favorite parts of teaching here is the time before class. There is such a buzz of positive energy in the room - people chatting about other classes, their weekend plans, a new challenge we’re doing, or life in general. The studio thrives on bringing people together for health, fitness, and fun! I love seeing everyone connecting and laughing. I also love teaching here because we are supported to be our authentic selves as teachers and teach from our hearts. We have such a diverse and talented group of instructors and we get to shine as us. And I think that comes through to our members. People can try something new, never get bored from our schedule, and get excited about the classes we offer - classes that are both challenging and fun! I feel really grateful to teach yoga here every week.
