Class Descriptions

All classes can be modified for beginners and beyond. Music does not discriminate, and neither do we; you may hear explicit lyrics in some of our beats.

Our classes are designed to get you moving and sweating within minutes of entering the studio. Our knowledgeable and talented instructors ensure that every class is unique, challenging, and adaptable to suit all levels. They bring high energy and expert guidance to every movement, creating an engaging and inclusive workout experience.

Each session delivers a high-intensity, low-impact, ultra-energized workout that blends cardio, bodyweight exercises, and weights. With high reps and high energy, our classes are crafted to tone and sculpt the body for a complete, transformative workout.

Classes at Elite Nation are taught in our boutique studio spaces to loud, upbeat music. Select classes feature heated environments with infrared lighting and are conducted with the lights down low, creating a distinctive and immersive atmosphere.

Fitness

ELITE BARRE: A multi-dynamic combination of barre work and strength training for both upper and lower body. Get ready to lengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body! All classes include multiple {optional} low-impact cardio bursts for an extra challenge. This class is designed to be accessible for all bodies and levels, aiming to reach exhaustion in all muscle groups while also accomplishing increased balance and flexibility.

INFRARED BARREBELL: An infrared heated barre class combined with strengthening, HIIT kettlebell/dumbbell movements, resistance bands, plyometrics + cardio bursts. Scale up or down according to your level by doing this class with or without weights + cardio. Expect to feel the burn (and heat) in this head to toe workout!

 

ELITE FIT: A full-body strength training class designed to build functional power and confidence through intentional movement. Each session follows a progressive structure beginning with a dynamic warm-up, followed by heavy compound lifts to develop foundational strength. From there, we focus on unilateral exercises to improve balance and correct imbalances, then move into accessory work to support overall performance, finishing with targeted core training. This class emphasizes proper form, progressive overload, and smart programming to help you lift heavy, move well, and feel strong.

MAT PILATES emphasizes small, controlled movements designed to improve posture, alignment, and core strength. This low-impact class follows traditional Pilates principles to build a strong foundation and reconnect breath with movement. A perfect complement to your higher-intensity training.

 

INFRARED PILATES FUSION: This signature Elite Nation format combines the precision of Pilates with strength training, functional core work, and total-body sculpting—all performed under infrared heat to promote detoxification, joint mobility, and muscle recovery. Expect a dynamic fusion of movement that challenges stability, builds strength, and leaves you energized from the inside out.

 
 

Yoga

BUTI YOGA: This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physically, emotionally + energetically. Buti pairs dynamic asana with intentional shaking + vibration to catalyze healing for ALL bodies. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. All Buti Yoga classes are heated with an infrared light and set to loud, upbeat music.

ELITE POWER YOGA is an energizing 60-minute class that blends powerful, breath-driven movement with the healing benefits of infrared heat, gently set to 80°F. Expect a dynamic sequence of flowing asanas, deep twists, and intentional stretches designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and support full-body detoxification.

 

CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE YOGA offers a soothing and deeply relaxing practice designed to rejuvenate your body—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This gentle class combines restorative asanas with intentional breathwork to promote deep relaxation and healing for all body types. Through supported poses and mindful breathing, Restorative Yoga helps release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. Enjoy the calm of a heated room, softly illuminated by candlelight, with soothing music that creates a serene atmosphere for your practice.

Cycle

ELITE RIDElite Ride is a 45-minute full-body, high-intensity, low-impact, ultra-energized, cardio-focused indoor cycle class. Drop your worries at the door and leave your sweat on the floor as we ride lights down to the rhythm of our curated playlists delivered through our premium sound system. Light weights and high reps help us tone and sculpt for a complete workout.

KETTLERIDE is a dynamic and invigorating class that combines the best of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. This unique workout is designed to challenge your entire body and leave you feeling energized and accomplished. We will start in the fitness studio with a series of dynamic kettlebell exercises to activate and warm up your muscles. Be prepared to engage in full-body kettlebell drills that target multiple muscle groups. You will build strength, power, and endurance with a variety of movements. Then we will end in the cycle studio with a heart-pumping cardio session that will torch calories and boost your cardiovascular fitness.
