Class Descriptions

All classes are easily modified for beginners + beyond. Music does not discriminate + neither do we; you may hear explicit lyrics in some of our beats

Our classes are designed to get you moving and sweating within minutes of entering the studio. Our knowledgable and talented instructors make every class different and challenging (although all classes can be modified to suit all levels) and bring the energy to every unique movement they guide you through.

Our classes deliver a high-intensity, low-impact, ultra-energized workout; we blend cardio, bodyweight exercises, and weights with high reps and high energy to help us tone and sculpt the body for a complete workout.

All classes at Elite Nation are taught in our boutique studio spaces to loud, upbeat music, and select classes are heated with an infrared light and taught with the lights down low.

Fitness

Elite Barre: A multi-dynamic combination of barre work and strength training for both upper and lower body. Get ready to lengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body! All classes include multiple {optional} low-impact cardio bursts for an extra challenge. This class is designed to be accessible for all bodies and levels, aiming to reach exhaustion in all muscle groups while also accomplishing increased balance and flexibility.

Infrared BarreBell: An infrared heated barre class combined with strengthening, HIIT kettlebell/dumbbell movements, resistance bands, plyometrics + cardio bursts. Scale up or down according to your level by doing this class with or without weights + cardio. Expect to feel the burn (and heat) in this head to toe workout!

 

ELITE R/S/R (Ride, Strength, Recover): The first 30 minutes of class begins in the cycle room. The second 30 minutes of class will continue in the Fitness studio for the Strength + Recovery portion. This is a full-body workout; this class targets every opposing muscle from head to toe, with bursts of HIIT cardio segments. We end class with a stretch and recover portion for the entire body.

MAT PILATES is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. In Mat Pilates, you will flow through different exercises completed on a mat, using your body weight as resistance. 

 

TRX BOOTCAMP is a challenging circuit-style class that uses the TRX Suspension Trainer to improve full-body strength. The class combines bodyweight exercises with gravity, ground-based cardio, and timed reps and sets. TRX Bootcamp is designed to keep your heart pumping and develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

Elite Pilates Fusion: The perfect blend of strength X Pilates. The first half of this class will focus on strength training. The second half of this class will be mat Pilates! Get ready for the perfect fusion to not only test your physical body, but to achieve balance between mind, body, and spirit as well.

 

Reformer On The Roller is a unique class that mimics traditional Reformer exercises using a foam roller, focusing on releasing tension, enhancing flexibility, and promoting muscle recovery. In this class, the foam roller serves as a tool for gentle, controlled movements that target deep stabilizing muscles while also facilitating myofascial release. The combination of these techniques helps reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and restore mobility, making it an ideal complement to your regular workout routine.

Babywearing Barre: This class is a fun way to exercise with little ones. All ages welcome. Prepare for multi-dynamic combination of barre work and resistance training for both upper and lower body. Get ready to lengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body by working utilizing equipment such as balls, bands, and hand weights. All equipment will be provided. Plan to babywear as you workout or allow your baby to enjoy tummy time on your yoga mat.

 

Elite Stroller: This class is a fun way to exercise with little ones. All ages welcome. Prepare for multi-dynamic combination of barre work and resistance training for both upper and lower body. Get ready to lengthen, sculpt, and tone your entire body by working utilizing the stroller and other equipment such as balls, bands, and hand weights. All equipment will be provided, but bring your stroller because we will be utilizing it during the workout while your baby naps or relaxes in it.

 

Yoga

Buti Yoga: This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physically, emotionally + energetically. Buti pairs dynamic asana with intentional shaking + vibration to catalyze healing for ALL bodies. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. All Buti Yoga classes are heated with an infrared light and set to loud, upbeat music.

Elite Yoga: This 60 minute Power Vinyasa Yoga class is heated with an infrared lamp with heat set to 80 degrees. This class will challenge you while also getting you into deep stretching and twists to detoxify the body and mind. Each class will take you on a journey through different asanas as you work your way to a different peak pose.

 

Elite Sculpt: Elevate your yoga practice with Elite Sculpt, a transformative 60-minute heated yoga class designed to challenge and invigorate your body. This unique class combines the fluidity of power vinyasa flow with the added ankle weights and hand weights, providing a comprehensive workout that will leave you sculpted, sweaty, and toned.

Candlelit Buti Yoga: A transformative practice that seamlessly blends primal movement, cardio bursts, and vibration to tone your body—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This dynamic class pairs powerful asana with intentional shaking and vibration to stimulate healing for all body types. Utilizing the Spiral Structure Technique®, Buti Yoga targets deep abdominal muscles, enhancing stability and strength. Experience the intensity of a heated room, illuminated by candlelight, while moving to loud, upbeat music that fuels your energy and spirit.

 

Candlelit Restorative Yoga: offers a soothing and deeply relaxing practice designed to rejuvenate your body—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This gentle class combines restorative asanas with intentional breathwork to promote deep relaxation and healing for all body types. Through supported poses and mindful breathing, Restorative Yoga helps release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore balance. Enjoy the calm of a heated room, softly illuminated by candlelight, with soothing music that creates a serene atmosphere for your practice.

Cycle

Biker Barre: The ultimate on the bike and off the bike experience! In this 60 minute full-body class, we will utilize the bike as a prop to perform different barre techniques and then jump on the bike during different parts of the class to get our heart rate high! If you love cycle and you love barre… you will surely love this class format!

Elite Ride: A 45-minute full-body, high-intensity, low-impact, ultra-energized, cardio-focused indoor cycle class. Drop your worries at the door and leave your sweat on the floor as we ride lights down to the rhythm of our curated playlists delivered through our premium sound system. Light weights and high reps help us tone and sculpt for a complete workout.

 

Heated Ride: Do you love leaving your workouts drenched with sweat? Heated Ride is a spin class performed in a room heated to 80–85 degrees. This class will bring benefits including increased fat burn, higher metabolic rate and looser muscles. We will be riding to the beat, in the heat. You will leave class having sweated out toxins and impurities from the body.

KettleRide: is a dynamic and invigorating class that combines the best of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. This unique workout is designed to challenge your entire body and leave you feeling energized and accomplished. We will start in the fitness studio with a series of dynamic kettlebell exercises to activate and warm up your muscles. Be prepared to engage in full-body kettlebell drills that target multiple muscle groups. You will build strength, power, and endurance with a variety of movements. Then we will end in the cycle studio with a heart-pumping cardio session that will torch calories and boost your cardiovascular fitness.
