FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I wear to my session? We suggest athleisure wear, socks, and maybe a light sweatshirt to relax in and be comfortable while you compress for 30+ minutes.
Should I bring something to do during my session? We have a Bluetooth headset with an iPad playing meditation but if you’d prefer to bring a kindle, ebook, or your own headphones please do so.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session! Please always call the studio if you are running late so we can make a plan if necessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you pre-registered for a session and LATE CANCEL (cancel within 24 HOURS of the session start time) the following penalties will be assessed: $15 late cancel fee and your session will be added back to your account for you to book a future reservation.
If you NO-SHOW for a session that you pre-registered for, the following penalties will be assessed: $25 no-show fee and your session will be added back to you account for you to book a future reservation.
Please understand that compression therapy is a one-person treatment, so if you can’t make it anymore and do not cancel your session it takes an opportunity away from someone else who could have booked a session.
