What should I wear to my session?
We suggest athleisure wear, socks, and maybe a light sweatshirt to relax in and be comfortable while you compress for 30+ minutes.
Should I bring something to do during my session?
We have a Bluetooth headset with an iPad playing meditation but if you’d prefer to bring a kindle, ebook, or your own headphones please do so.

What is the cancellation policy for compression therapy?
Click here for all E/N Policies. Please understand that compression therapy is a one-person treatment, so if you can’t make it anymore and do not cancel your session it takes an opportunity away from someone else who could have booked a session.
