Stephanie’s passion for health and fitness began in childhood, where she spent 11 years dancing. After college in 1997, she fully embraced her fitness journey and has since built an impressive range of qualifications. As a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and a 200-Hour RYT graduate from Boston Yoga School, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes. Stephanie holds additional certifications in Buti Yoga, Barre, TRX, Personal Training, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Hip Hop Dance, and Cycle. She believes in the power of variety in fitness routines to achieve balanced strength, as well as the importance of community in supporting each individual’s journey. Her greatest joy is helping others discover their path to health and fitness
